The Feminine Flow Workshop will teach you about balancing your hormones (holistically), regulating your mood & energy and learning how to be your own best healer.
Elizabeth Rose is a paradigm shifter, functional nutritionist, women’s health educator, sacred space holder and Co-founder of the Yoni Project. She specializes in working with women to cultivate intimacy with themselves and become their own healer through the lens of their 28 day hormonal cycle.

Elizabeth is dedicated to guiding women back home to themselves. Her work allows for women to become the expert of their own bodies, taking their health and their personal power out of the hands of a broken system and placing them back at the forefront of their health decisions.
In this class, you will learn the 4 phases of the female hormonal cycle and how to eat, live and care for your body and hormones in a more holistic way. This information is ground breaking and gives you an entirely new framework to relate to yourself, your body and the way in which you support yourself. To practice wellness practices, as a woman, without knowing your body and your cycle is deeply disconnected from the totality of your true nature.
In this workshop, Elizabeth will take you on an in depth journey to discover new things about your body and in the process, empower you to be your own greatest healer and advocate.
