Co-ed Circle with Victor Wilson

Every 1st and 3rd Monday of the month, join Victor Wilson for an eye opening and enriching co-ed circle. Each week, there is a new topic that provides the framework for the experience.

Victor’s goal is to create community and open up opportunities for each person to observe the self while in the context of a group. This is a space to learn more about yourself, the way you see the world and others, your patterns, behaviors and more, through the mirror of group work.

In these circles, Victor offers opportunities to activate the mental, emotional and physical body in ways where the attendee can then observe themself.

Your own experience is the medicine, and every person gets to observe others within the room, building rapport with each other, eventually drawing us into deeper waters and possible opportunities to find our own solutions.

Join us in circle, a safe space where all are welcome, no matter where you are on your personal journey.

This week’s theme:

Monday’s theme is receptivity within polarity via various methods of communication. From energetic receptivity, movement, sound and articulation. We each have our own interpretation of what that looks like, now we get the opportunity to practice and experience what feels good to you. The purpose of such topic will be to look at how we really interact with others and our environment when it comes to being receptive, exploring with an open heart and no expectations.
